Description
Many are the mistakes at present about religious matters; but none are more destructive than those which concern the law and the gospel. The principles set forth in these twelve discourses include the Lord God's unalienable right to make laws for the government of His creatures; the law is unalterable; since the fall of Adam all mankind have broken the moral law which makes no provision for pardon, but demands punishment; God will not accept of a "sincere obedience" which implies imperfection; Christ came to be a Savior and Law Fulfiller for His people.
