
Vermigli, Peter Martyr
Series One of the Peter Martyr Library will include twelve volumes of critically edited translations of the major works of Peter Martyr. Martyr is considered to be the second or third most important Italian reformer of the early modern period. Most of his works have never been translated into English and in some instances they have never been translated. A team of international scholars have come together to make Martyr’s contributions available now.
