Located in Williamstown, Kentucky, the Ark Encounter is a one-of-a-kind historically themed attraction. In an entertaining, educational, and immersive way, it presents a number of historical events centered on the Ark and the Flood as presented in the Book of Genesis.
- View the skills and techniques of the Amish craftsmen primarily responsible for the timber construction of this amazing structure
- Discover the construction details of the largest timber-framed building in the world: 510 feet long; 85 feet wide; 51 feet high based on the Bible’s dimensions (300 cubits long; 50 cubits wide; 30 cubits high) and using the Hebrew long cubit of 20.4 inches
