1. Sweepstakes Scam Warning

This is a legitimate sweepstakes administered by Reformation Heritage Books ("Sponsor"). Protect yourself from scams:

• The potential winner will only be contacted at the email address provided upon entry, and only from an "@rhb.org" email address.
• We will never ask for payment, bank, or credit card information to claim a prize.
• The potential winner may be required to complete a U.S. tax form (W-9) and to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
• If you suspect a scam, contact [email protected].

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchases earn bonus entries, but are never required: the free mail-in method in Section 5(D) provides the same maximum number of entries available through all other methods. Void where prohibited.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) in Mississippi). Employees, officers, and directors of Reformation Heritage Books, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on October 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Email and SMS entries may be submitted at any time during the Promotion Period. Purchase-based bonus entries are valid only for orders placed between 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 26, 2026 and 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 31, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

5. How to Enter

There are several ways to enter. All entries are treated equally in the random drawing.

A. Email Sign-Up (1 Entry)

Visit heritagebooks.org/pages/reformation-week-giveaway and submit your valid email address to receive one (1) entry. By entering online, you agree to receive marketing emails from RHB. You may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing does not affect entries already earned.

B. SMS Sign-Up (+5 Entries)

After signing up by email, you may opt in to RHB text messages to receive five (5) additional entries. Msg/data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, and the mail-in method provides the same entries without texts.

C. Purchase Bonus Entries (+5 to +50 per order)

Orders placed on heritagebooks.org between October 26 and October 31, 2026 earn bonus entries based on order subtotal before tax and shipping. Each order earns entries for the one tier its subtotal falls in; tiers do not stack within an order. Separate orders add up, subject to the limits below.

Purchase entries are credited to the email address used at checkout. You do not need to complete the email sign-up first for purchase entries to count; all entries tied to the same person are combined and subject to the limits in Section 5(E). Placing an order does not by itself add you to RHB's marketing email or text lists. Limit 200 total purchase-based bonus entries per person. Orders refunded or canceled before the drawing do not earn entries.

D. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without purchase, hand-print your name, mailing address, and email address (phone number optional) on a postcard and mail it to:

Your first valid postcard counts as one (1) entry plus five (5) bonus entries (equivalent to email and SMS sign-up). You may also mail one (1) additional postcard marked "Purchase AMOE" to receive two hundred (200) entries in lieu of purchase. Limit one (1) "Purchase AMOE" postcard per person. Mail-in entrants are not added to RHB's email or text lists. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 5, 2026. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, or incomplete postcards are void.

E. Entry Limits

Limit one email entry and one SMS entry per person. Total entries by all methods are limited to 206 per person, of which no more than 200 may come from purchases or "Purchase AMOE" postcards. Entrants may not use multiple email addresses, phone numbers, or accounts to exceed these limits; doing so voids all of that person's entries. Automated, scripted, or bulk entries are void.

6. Drawing and Odds

On or about November 13, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner by random number generator from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will choose one (1) of the following prizes:

• A $1,000 Reformation Heritage Books gift card, redeemable on heritagebooks.org. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,000. Not redeemable for cash except where required by law. The gift card expires three (3) years from the date of issue.
• Dr. Joel Beeke's own 1845 copy of Thomas Watson's A Body of Divinity, from Dr. Beeke's personal library. ARV: $120.
• An antiquarian Scots Worthies set (2 vols). ARV: $400.

Total ARV of the prize awarded will not exceed $1,000. The winner must choose a prize within five (5) business days of verification; if no choice is made, the winner will receive the gift card. Physical prizes will be shipped, insured, to a U.S. address at Sponsor's expense. Prize is awarded "as is," without warranty, is non-transferable, and is subject to verification. No substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes; a Form 1099 will be issued where required by law.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email from an "@rhb.org" address and must respond within five (5) business days and return any required documentation. If there is no response, Sponsor will make a second attempt by email. If the potential winner still does not respond, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these rules, that person will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

9. Publicity and Privacy

Except where prohibited, the winner consents to the use of their first name, last initial, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Information collected is handled according to the RHB Privacy Policy.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their agents from any liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or from acceptance or use of a prize. Each entrant also fully releases Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates, including Facebook and Instagram, from any and all liability in connection with this sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical errors of any kind.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control compromises the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify it and award the prize from eligible entries received before the action. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

12. Governing Law

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Michigan, USA. Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Michigan state and federal courts.

13. Winner Confirmation and Entry Totals
