Description
Theodorus Jacobus Frelinghuysen (1691-1747) was one of the most important precursors of the Great Awakening. This book contains a biographical introduction by the editor and Cornelis Pronk, an updated translation of his sermons, and an annotated bibliography of English sources on Frelinghuysen. The sermons are organized into four collections, each of which contains a preface by Frelinghuysen. There are 22 sermons in all.
