Job Description – Fulfillment Staff (Full-Time and Part-Time)
Reformation Heritage Books (RHB) exists to glorify God and strengthen His Church around the world through the publication and distribution of biblical, Reformed, and Puritan literature at affordable prices.
Please note: All part-time team members will be expected to work on Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. Part-time employees should also anticipate increased hours during holidays and other seasonal sales periods, based on operational needs.
As a member of the fulfillment team, led by the Fulfillment Manager, you will play a critical role in:

Accurately picking and verifying customer orders based on pick invoices

Packing, weighing, and labeling shipments for prompt delivery

Safely handling and moving boxes, including using equipment for larger shipments

Shipping orders to customers and events, and providing tracking information
-
Engaging with carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and UPS
-
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
-
Ensuring a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Supporting other departments and performing additional tasks as assigned

Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift boxes up to 50 lbs
