We desire every resource from Reformation Heritage Books to be spiritually profitable for your soul and mind. If you find that a product does not meet that goal, we are happy to offer a full refund—even for items typically non-refundable, such as eBooks, streaming content, or clearance items. In such cases, there is no need to return the product. Please simply reach out to our customer service team to request a refund.
Please Note
If you received an item you did not order, or if your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at orders@rhb.org. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for a replacement or refund.
Standard Return Policy
Physical products may be returned within 60 days of the original purchase if they are in new condition.
To receive a full refund:
- Include the original invoice inside the package
- Write your order number clearly on the return label
Returns missing the invoice or order number will receive a partial refund of 50% of the item price.
Please note: eBooks, streaming content, and clearance items are normally non-refundable—unless you find the resource spiritually unprofitable. In that case, please refer to our Guarantee above and contact customer service for a full refund without needing to return the item.
General Return Instructions
If you are returning items because you no longer need them, ordered them by mistake, ordered too many copies, or have decided against the purchase, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that the purchase was made within the last 60 days.
2. Package book(s) securely to prevent any damage during transit.
3. To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, use a box that does not have branding from another retailer.
4. Include your original invoice or note that includes your order number and reason for return.
5. Purchase a shipping label addressed to:
