Most products ordered through Reformation Heritage Books may be returned (excluding shipping) within 60 days of the initial purchase.
Exceptions: Print-on-demand merchandise (mugs, apparel, tumblers), eBooks, and digitally downloaded products are non-refundable.
To receive a full refund, the items must be refundable (see exceptions above) and returned in new condition. The return package must include the original order number on the return label and the original invoice inside the package.
Items returned without the original order number on the return label or without the original invoice placed inside the return package will be partially refunded (50% of the item cost).
If returned products arrive in a damaged/unsellable condition, they will not be refunded.
General Return Instructions
If you are returning items because you no longer need them, ordered them by mistake, ordered too many copies, or have decided against the purchase, please follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that the purchase was made within the last 60 days.
2. Package book(s) securely to prevent any damage during transit.
3. To ensure that your return is processed as quickly as possible, use a box that does not have branding from another retailer.
4. Include your original invoice or note that includes your order number and reason for return.
5. Purchase a shipping label addressed to:

If you have received items that you did not order, or if you believe that your item is damaged/defective, contact customer service (orders@rhb.org) for a prepaid return label, or a replacement/refund. Do not initiate a return by shipping items back to us.
