At Reformation Heritage Books, we want every resource you purchase to be spiritually enriching. If you find that a product does not serve that purpose—even typically non-refundable items like eBooks, streaming content, or clearance titles—we’re happy to offer a full refund.
There is no need to return the item. Simply contact our customer service team at orders@rhb.org to request your refund.
Return Policy
Physical items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are in new condition.
To qualify for a full refund:

Digital products (eBooks, streaming content) are non-refundable. However, if you found the item spiritually unprofitable, please refer to our guarantee above.
If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at orders@rhb.org. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or provide a prepaid return label.
