Love is glorious—we might even say transcendent. Yet no love is as glorious as the Lord Jesus’s love for His people. From Ephesians 3:19, John Durant explains the greatness of Christ’s love as beyond what words can express or our wildest imagination. While this love is so great that we cannot fully comprehend it, it is indeed true and among the sweetest comforts that can ease our troubled hearts. Durant reveals the many ways that Christ’s heart is full of tender love for all believers. But has this love captured your heart?

“There are seasons in the life of all believers when they need a fresh reminder of Christ’s love. John Durant invites us on a journey of discovery into the depths and riches of the transcendent love Christ has for His people. Ascending to the heights of preeminence and descending into the depths of tribulation, Christ’s glorious love flows unabated into the hearts, minds, and souls of those He calls His own. Your heart will be refreshed at these waters, and you will come away with a desire to know the Savior deeply and intimately.” — Dustin Benge, provost and lecturer in church history, Union School of Theology, Bridgend and Oxford, UK
