Great for Both Beginners And...
just received this book, and I cannot recommend it enough. Right off the bat, Ross tackles the doctrine of the Trinity with an apparent ease that left me stunned. Although the section is only three pages long, there is so much packed into those pages that I found myself stopping to reflect on what I had just read. Of course, it is not intended to be an exhaustive treatment of the Trinity, but it provides a remarkably clear and concise introduction.
Seasoned saints may find much of the material familiar, and I do not think this book was primarily written for those who are more advanced in their faith. Even so, mature believers may still find themselves learning something new or gaining a fresh appreciation for truths they already know.
If you are a new believer or someone looking for a clear and accessible introduction to some of the apparent contradictions in Christianity, this book is an excellent place to start. Likewise, if you are a seasoned saint looking for a resource to share with non-believers and new believers alike—without getting lost in theological terminology—you will find this book to be a valuable aid.
