Joel R. Beeke (PhD, Westminster Seminary) is president and professor of systematic theology and homiletics at Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary; a pastor of the Heritage Reformed Congregation in Grand Rapids, Michigan; editor of Banner of Sovereign Grace Truth; editorial director of Reformation Heritage Books; and a prolific author.

William Boekestein (M.Div., Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary) is the pastor of Immanuel Fellowship Church in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He has written numerous articles and several books.

I think this is an excellent book. I finished mine and immediately ordered 10 copies to give away! It thoroughly explains why Christ came. Very moving!

This book is excellent! Short meditations but they're thorough and explain each reason very well. Definitely worth reading!

Excellent and a must read !!! Great gift for anyone .. also gave some to Christians who are not familiar with the reformed faith !! Trying to wet their spiritual appetite….

This book on meditations on the incarnation is wonderful! I can’t put it down! It is rich in content and has been a tool for me to walk closer with the Lord and to grow in my Christian faith! Anything Joel Beeke has his hand in will be biblically sound teaching! Thank you for this wonderful book!
